I ordered two Nosalt. Nosalt with Butter and Salt Free Ketchup on 6/25. Supposedly I would get the product in four weeks. The charges hit my credit card immediately, but it has now been over four weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I received an e-mail telling me how to check on the shipment, however, there was not a tracking number contained in the e-mail. I have sent the company two e-mails and I don't get a reply whatsoever. If the product is not going to be shipped, then I need a refund on my credit card. If there is a delay and the product will be shipped, I'd like for someone to have the decency to let me know the status of my order.
