This company took the above amount out of my checking account and when I finally reached their customer service dept., after a very long wait, was informed that I would have to send back the product and then they would refund part of the money they took from my checking acct. This has caused the acct. To be overdrawn. I was told that they were not responsible for any costs to me - not overdrafts or shipping expenses. This a company that should not bein business.
