Allegiance is a broad band hi-speed cable provider for television and computer internet access. I was there customer until last year for a period of 5 years. They were incredibly slow to respons to outages, etc. Although their own policy says 24 hours. Because I complained too much, their McGeeHee, Arkansas office personnel infected my computer with a virus which cost me $225.00 to clean up by a professional. Their only comment from the parent office was "I cannot prove it. This has been bother me all this time so now I am speaking out. No one should get away with doing this to their own customers. It speaks the lowest of the low. The kids in theMcGeeHee laughed at me.
