Dear amazon. Briefly. I shot your site for many things almost on a daily basis amazon.com is the place to go. I usually shop for computer parts. I have never had a problem. I needed a part for my pool pump. There is a store called my quick buy I ordered a set of hose connectors.in the picture they're showing as clean and new upon receiving them they came in a small dirty little bags. The only thing new on them where the rubber gaskets the plastic was old and dirty. I bought these as a new item they were sold and promoted as new not refurbished or used. The specifications noted are not correct. There now did to fit an intex pool. They do say it in intex pool but not the specifications that are listed. I may have received the wrong item the complaint is that the advertisement is incorrect my quick bite makes amazon.com look very bad as a frequent shopper I may use somebody else as I run a small business myself data imagetec listed under brooks and dunn and noted in the county office the computer parts I buy are for customers therefore I spend a lot of money with you these items cost close to 24 dollars the email I received this now insisted they were new they are not I assure you yes they're trying to pass them off as new I think I would know the difference up I'm reading the email it's upsetting for 25 dollars they have to lie that I do not like all issues get results they asked for me to ship them back I paid for expedited shipping because it is summer and I need them for my pool I cannot affordto send them back no I said I have to pay to send them back because it is as not described defective any used. As I stated the gaskets I knew they placed new gaskets on all parts they are refurbished. It's up on that sometime companies such is this try to get away who is selling refurbished parts. It happens summer. Why are there vendors. They're not going to inches is there a new to me. They are not. If you need trlue I will take a picture. I will sell you the old fart in the new gasket.
