The call and promise was an email packet containing info on how to get a government Grant for school, Housing Ect. But first he wanted $3.87, he had an India accent and claimed he was Born in Pleasant Grove, Utah. You cannot call the number it will not go through.
He claimed His parents could not afford to send him to school as I told Him If He were born in Utah he would have perfect English He claimed to be with US Financial Resources. I quizzed him Well and then the phone went dead? Its is $3.87 but if he could do this 20 times an hour=$774.00. America Be aware it is only going to get Worse Because WE don't fire all of the Federal Government and find some Business People. Good Luck
