This Green Terrace Condo Association Inc. Located at 2800 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach Fl 33405 advertises on Zillow.com with a bait and switch real estate scam. The President John T Oswald has appointed himself the registered agent for the corporation. The scam is that one townhouse, unit 22 overlooking the pool area, is photographed and then the pictures are used to sell every other unit taken by the Association. This Oswald and Condo Board assessed maintenance and fees going up to $561.00 per month and yet they do absolutely nothing for the fees and assessments. The Common elements are in shambles, all buildings are falling apart with unsafe and broken down balconies. Only 3 sides of one building B were repaired without city permits. Code Enforcement has 12 code violations filed since 2006 I lost my unit because i escrowed my fees and assessments and refuse to pay anymore money for nothing
