I did not authorize any such payment to be debited from my account by a Williams Online Credit. This was for 19.00 which also resulted in NSF fee of 35.00 in this account. I am filing this complaint as well as trying to contact the company by phone and email requesting a refund of all charges to my account. Anyone else with this problem? What were your results? This is ridiculous...
