I extended my verizon wireless service when i moved from trinidad, ca. To fort jones, ca. August
verizon guaranteed my coverage however coverage was 50 percent at best
after going round and round with tech support trying to better my service they finally admitted i was in a bad area and nothing could be done
so they finally agreed to let me out of my contract
however i think they should refund me me 50 percent since last august when service went downhill
