I was charged $89.95 one week prior to my "30 day free trial" period, and assumed I would be receiving more lotion. As of today, 7-20-12, having not received another package of lotion, I called and questioned them. They told me since I did not call to cancel, they charged me for my "free trial lotion". Even after explaining to them that I wanted to continue trying the lotion, they are still charging me for the "free trial".
