I ordered the buy one get one free also. I upgraded to a complete pan set and lids. I only received one cooktop was suppose to get two. One small pan not big enough for a egg. And the grill i ordered came. I received a letter stating all on backorder. When I attempt to get information no one can help. I have sent so many messages. I tried the website for tracking could not reach it. I guess i have been ripped off. I will not order again from tv or internet.
