Al Gibbons actually sent me a Co-Underwriting Agreement then sent me a LOI. He asked for the 5k and it was refundable. I sent the 5K per the agreement when the time expired when he was suppose to fund I contacted Al Gibbons he said that he full filled the agreement by passing me to another source and that he would not have to refund the money... Are you kidding me he took my 5K then said he did his job... There is to much detail to go into but that is the short story. It makes me sick to think of these degenerates that are knowingly steeling from people.
He is a con man and a fraud. When I asked for the refund originally he said the funds were sent to his Asian department and that he would see what he could do to get the money back... Money never returned and as you can see he still continues to burn people.
