After daily message to install this product for backing up files and paying49.95 online I am afraid I wont be able to get my money back. Or contact the company. Aslo I have an icon for back up duty the program stopped. Wasn't able to print payment conformation either. What do you know about this company. Any help would be appreciated. Sincerely MaggieBurrell
