I bought backup duty lite to get rid of the message popup stating needed backup for 38 files & pics... Bought it and the message still pops up numerous times a day! WHY? How do I get rid of the message? This is all new to me having never had to back up files or even how to do that, but I thought buying subscription with automatic backup, it would remove that message. How do I get rid of that message?
