I tried the trial and got a small bottle which is called Lush Illumination. It is a useless product and I called to end the trial. However, there is always an answering machine that says to leave a message. The first time I called I used a number I found at one of the sites. The second time I called the number on my bank statement and a man answered. He said he has gotten many calls at his number for Lush and that he has the real phone number. I gratefully wrote that down and called, only to receive another message that no one is available to take my call and that I could leave a message. I did, telling them I expect a refund or will report to my bank as fraud. After I hungg up, I realized I should do that right away as the charge on my statement is listed as a "recurring charge". It could come through again on 7/25 and I will make sure my bank doesn't pay it. Other than the little trial bottle, I have never received and products.
