I received a certified letter say that i had won. The lottery since i have participated with the fla. Sweepstakes for years i thought this might be litigimitate. I read the letter with a tracking numberlisted on the bottom. Say to return the portion with my signature. I did not send any money but like always i felt fraud was involved so i reported the document to the psot office saying this ia a fraudlient act and is against my name just like identify theft. If i were to send any money i could have lost all that i had. I hope other people report theis type of insident also mail fraud has tobe stoped sincerely margaret kettere
