I am presently employed for a United Services Company with one of its Regional Location in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Indianapolis, IN 46204. The address of this Hotel is: 1 South Capital Avenue, and the advertised phone number is: (317) 632-1234 however, I was contacted for the Housekeeping position that Im supposed to be working in, from the number: 616-6000. I was hired by a Manager by the name of David. I was not trained by this Company or anything! I was just placed with another employee, and told to work with her for that day. Ive been employed for a 5 Star Hotel before, and this employee I was placed with, did not have the qualification to train me, being that she has only been employed for this Company for less than a month. I am deeply troubled by your report on how this company allegedly copies social security number, allegedly, with the intent on using them to employ illegal aliens, due to my belief that this very thing is happening to me. As stated above, I worked for this company for one day, and was told that I could not work in housekeeping anymore because I allegedly worked too slow. But, yet earlier in the day, He requested me to stay over to do some extra rooms! First, let me make one point very clear to the website: i was never trained for this position, and was not told how much time a housekeeper is given to clean a do out or a stay over until the entire day was nearly over!!! Further, I was told by this David that he was going to find another position for me to work. However, I have strong reason to believe that this Manager is continuing to allege that I am employed for him for this purpose of using my social security number to employ someone else!!! This, person clearly appears to have no intention of placing me in another position, and I allege, due to my last name being an Hispanic last name; it would be quite easy for my name and social security number to be being used by someone who is not legally permitted to work in this country!!! I must make one more point clear to this website: I HAVE HAD THIS BELIEF PRIOR TO DISCOVERING YOUR WEBSITE, AND HAVE MADE MY CONCERNS KNOWN TO THE MARION COUNTY OFFICE OF FAMILY RESOURSES, WHOM, I REPORTED MY SO CALL NEW EMPLOYER TO. I faxed this so called company some information forms from the Governmental Agency stated above, and have been checking with this Agency daily to see if they have received the information concerning my so called employment for this Company that you have reported so many complaints about. I am making this complaint due to this so called job I supposed to be working on, is not giving me ANY work, and is not firing me. Due to these facts, my food stamps that i depend on to buy food for my son and myself, could very well be being effected by this employment limbo that this company has me in! Please tell me what i can do about this situation!
