Upon an email from my bank, i checked my account and found a fraudulent charge waiting to process. My bank gave me the phone # 213-286-4100 to call. Of course no one was available to take my call and the voice mail box was full. My account is deactivated and my bank is launching an investigation. I am a full time college student and work full time as well. Money is hard earned and hard to come by. This is not appreciated! I will be reporting to the attorney general of my state.
