I checked my credit card statement the other day and noticed there was two billings of $34.61 each, one for November and one for December. The reference on my credit card was incpass.net and after scratching my head for a minute I couldn't remember what it was for.
After further investigation I realised that I have never signed up for any services from incpass.net. It looks like they're getting peoples credit card details from the net somehow (possibly from other services I have signed up for) and using this info to bill unsuspecting internet users.
I have emailed them and hopefully I will get an answer soon as to why they billed me and for what sevices.
