Ordered an Ipad and sent funds through western union. Ada the chat person told me the package would ship Saturday and that i would receive confirmation. Shipment confirmation never came. I contacted Ada on chat Sunday and was told it was being shipped that day and that I would receive a confirmation soon. Monday morning i received the following email:

Dear friend:
We have shipped your items out yesterday. Your items are damaged and we need change a new one for you in order to avoid to return when you receive it. You know that accident is beyond of our control. It will spend us 7 days to make the manufacturer to deal with the return. Today we have returned the items to manufacturers, they are dealing with the problem now. I think we can get a new one next week and arrange shipping for you next week. We will save time to update your items. We hope it will not effect our cooperation for long time.
