I recently purchased 2 tickets to Puntacana for September. I received the confirmation and then at 3 am I received that they airlines had to change our flights. I call and was on hold for over an 1 hour and got disconnected. I also waited multiple times online and as soon as I got to 2 or 3 people left I got disconnected. I proceeded to call 3 more times and it says they are busy so I wait for a hour and it says they had a computer issue and it disconnects me. I finally spoke to someone and they say its not there fault and they are looking in to the issues but it was the airline. I called by the airlines airtran and us airways and they say it is not there issue. After looking online this seems to be the same issue many have had.
