I opened an account with UPside bank/MetaBank i spelled my name wrong when my ATM card came it was spelled Brein Parks instead of Brien Parks i told them and as soon as my SSDI check was deposited they froze my account for a fraudulent act and i sent all my info they asked for my Drivers Licn, SSN, Voters regerstration, and a bill that i owe they wanted a utility bill but i have'nt any in my name so they are refusing to send me a new ATM card and holding my SSDI check hostage they told me they return my SSDI to SSA but its not going to happen for 60 days so they got my money and collecting interest off it i have called i have emailed them all my info still nothing they hang up on me, i had social security call them they hung up on them too refusing to return my money i need it to pay my rent and they don't care: (hope i can get some help from this site
