I made a payment to them via Paypal around 10pm or so on 07/12 for virtual gold. They told me it would be delivered in 15 minutes to me in the game. I checked back after 20 minutes of waiting and contacted the customer service via their website and asked why i did not get my gold yet. They asked the info needed to give me the gold and then proceeded to tell me that their "Trade's Computer" was down and to come back in an hour to check I came back in an hour and then they told me the same thing so i decided to try and get another customer service representative and when i did they told me they did not have enough stock and this was directly after speaking with the other Representative. This site is a scam. They gave me a bogus email for their "manager" so i can email for a refund of my money and i have received no response. Each time i get on their customer service live chat they have a new lie to tell me and try and offer me a amount of gold smaller than what i purchased.
