I took a day off to wait for phone call when the technician would come at 8:00AM. No one called, when I called them, they said around noon will know the time. Noon time, no one call, when I call, thay said after 2PM. Nothing at 2PM until 4PM they call said that the technician is on his way. 5:15PM he came. Simple work but he said that I need to have the whole ac fan replaced, plus there is a GAS LEAK in the furnace. He did suggest to shut off gas. He refuse to fix it because he did not have tools???!!! He said by the next morning, I will receive phone call for the estimate of all the jobs if i decided to do, and they will take care of the gas leak. NO ONE call until 1PM the next day, I called them, the dispatcher said that she could not contact the technician that day, possible the next day... And there was something confused among them??? I asked if they could come and fix the GAS LEAK, the woman said not until 1 or 2 week from that day!!! What type of service is that? A gas leak is not a big deal to them??? DO NOT, DO NOT use that ACE AC & Heating! They are terrible, not friendly and don't care about their own customers.
