I used my credit card to order the boxed DVD set of "Dallas" (all seasons) on 062412. It supposedly shipped immediately, and I tracked it until 062912, when "it left Canada." I have sent two emails since, asking when to expect delivery, and got the same generic response on "how it takes time, and it is fully insured, of course." The responses I received were identical in wording, like they just pressed a button to send the standard reply. I work for my local police department, and feel really foolish that I have been scammed this way. Help me if you can, please!
