Total rip-off! I researched HICM (unfortunately) after they debited my account, then tried to get a refund; and guess what? Calling the number listed (877-355-7771) gets nothing but a recording. Calling the numbers listed on the bank debits and I spoke with someone who cites the contract and they hide behind a "20 day use of product" clause. Guess I've learned an expensive lesson. Would love to know where they are located...
