I have had terrible voice problem with the phone system, voice garble, loss of connection, etc. Ever since the system was connected. I have complained to the Tech dept at acn several times, should be in their records, to no avail. Due to lack of response in fixing the system, I have chosen to switch carriers. I switched to Comcast on the 29th of June. Comcast has requested several times to have the phone # released, I have even called Acn and was told that they had released the #. This has not happened and I have been without phone service since the 29th of June. I want compensation for the lack of service!
