My husband ordered online for the Aftershock offer. He failed to change the specifications of the order; i.E.indicating that he wished only the $47 offer and not the $97 offer. When I saw that the charge had come through on my credit card for $97, I was able to contact NMX at 800-485-4350. A very sweet customer service person named Cindy understood the situation, explained to me what our options were, credited my credit card for the difference, set us up with the printed version (at a slight increase in cost) and assured me if there was any reason my husband did not like the subscription a full refund would be available. So I'm not sure why there seems to be so many complaints against NMX as I was entirely satisfied.
