I purchased credit and as of this date have received nothing, i tried to contact seller only to get an automated reply, so i thought no big deal i used paypal and they guarantee your purchases. Catch 22 read the fine print they do not. Now i find out others have had this problem and paypal knows of this and has done nothing to help their customers, instead hiding behind their fine print. Well i have turned it into my bank now and have been told not to worry they will refund my money, witch they have and they are investigating my claim. And now with the info from this website that i will give them i am sure they will take care of it for me, oh and paypal threathen me that if i went to my bank and did it this way they would come after me, great customer support there when this is all over i will be closing my paypal account and verify with my credit card and banks what is covered under their buyer protection policy witch i should have done in the first place.
