I purchased the a5000 facebook andriod cell phone, it worked a couple of days and then stopped charging.
I sent it back to be replaced, they sent the phone back 3 weeks later saying it was fixed.
When i got it back the battery was dead, and it would not charge at all, i tried both batteries, nothing.
Ifiled an after sales dispute with cherry@dhgates, who has done nothing, so now they have the phone and my money, as i sent it back to them again. Its been 3 months now since i purchased this phone, this sight is not a goood sight and these people are worst to deal with. Now i am boycotting, dhgates-shenzhen the company who makes these fualty phones, and the seller. Do not buy from dhgates, they will steal your hard earned money. Carl from vancouver.
