I ordered an ip camera form dhgate.com. I got it on 12-24-12 the camera did not have a brand name, the cd was cracked, i sent them 12 messages telling them about this and they said they would take it back but i would have to pay for the shipping. I paid less than $100 for the camera and the shipping company that they used to ship it wanted $172 to send it back. I sent dhgates a message telling them this and they never responded. They seem to be a scam. Fraud ect. I mean when i odered the camera it had a company label, when i got it. It had no name on it. I seen on a blog page about this compamy that they were a lot of people that had filed complaints about the way they were done. Many did not get there product. Some didnt get there money back on there refund. There from provice, china sherzhen city guandong. If anyone knows how to get something dome please call me or email me (Personal Information Removed)
