Subject: paypal is violating rbi guidelines in india by supporting high risk business

I am a consumer right activist. I see lot of companies are still using PAYPAL for banned or high risk business in India. It floats bad money in India. It puts India prestige down in foreign countries when anyone can sell anything.

One of the top high risk business which is banned is REMOTE PC ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. It involves remote desktop sharing of computers via internet. It comes under restricted activities. Let me explain what is this all about. First of all, fake advertisements are created that looks like ads of brand companies like norton, microsoft, hp, dell, mcafee, kaspersky, hotmail etc. Etc.By looking these ads, customer assumes that he is calling a brand but these companies shows fake infections, scare customers and sell their tech support membership plans.
