This company is a joke! My husband and I purchased a vacation package to Punta Cana last year in March. We were told we had 18 months to take the trip. I called on June 8 to inform them of the date we would like to travel. I was told I would receive a confirmation via email and after waiting for a couple of weeks with no confirmation, I called to inquire. I got the same response as some of the other dissatisfied customers, "the resort is sold out, my reservation was canceled, it's not our fault it's the resort", etc, etc. Now they want to offer us a trip to Mexico but we are not interested in going to Mexico and on top of that we have already booked our flights. Oh yeah, and by the way the trip they are offering is cheaper than what we paid for the Punta Cana trip. And if that isn't enough, if I cancel the trip all together, they will charge me $150 cancellation fee. I will tell everyone I know who is planning to take a trip and is thinking of utilizing this company to steer clear. You guys are a joke and it's ridiculous the way you treat your customers. Who ever said let's file a class action law suit against this company PLEASE count me in!!!
