I purchased a 46in RCA TV from best buy feb 19,2 monts later it fail. I called on corp and they told me to ship it back for a replacement. I shipped it back june 21 and cannot get to talk to a live person. Calls after calls and am getting no calls back. I understand they all have problems with that tv. I have been without a tv for almost 2months screwing with this'. I would like a tv or my money back. Could you help me on this
