I purchased a Coaching / Training program from The DC Fawcett Corp. Doing business as Paramount Digital Publishing LLC. The program includes online video training that takes a month to get through. There are many different videos that go on and on. There was supposed to be 1 month of Coaching calls.
After about a week, I decided that this was not right for me, and i did not receive the Coaching calls. I tried to cancel the program and get a refund. However, the company informed me that there is a 3 day money back guarantee.
3 days is not enough time to get a feel for the program due to it's large number of droning videos that provide very little usable information. These are videos of DC Fawcett going on and on about what the program does, but does not provide sufficient information on to actually do. The company does provide web calls, but they are at 2pm on Thursday while I am at work so I can never make those. They do not have any means of viewing or listening to these web calls.
I have tried many times to get my money back only to be turned down each time. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I was informed by them that the company has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them.
