I purchased Virtual Pilot 3D about 2 months ago for $127.00 with a download from their site. Finding the program unsatisfactory, I sent several support request "tickets" (the first on June 1 #J32JNYPN2U) asking for the refund that they promised in their online advertising. These tickets received email acknowledgement with the last ticket number being 99B5UGMDVT, but no further response has ever been made by the VirtualPilot3D help desk, though this reply was promised in the email within 2-3 days.
