I guess I am joining all of the other dissatisfied customers who have purchased VirtualPilot3D. Same complaint, same results. I purchased the S/W, installed it and found it was junk, requested the refund under their 60 day money back guarantee several times, and just get automated responses. Definitely a scam. Since there are so many of us out here, would anyone be interested in pursuing this further. Maybe complaints to the US Attorney's General Office or other agencies that might help?
