Fidelity Information Corporation | File Fake Debt Reports

That Fidelity Information Corporation is ethical is a big fat lie. I happen to know this company not only reports fake debts but will report complaints as if they are a debt. The Fidelity Information corporation sent me a letter showing nothing but complaints from an individual and nothing legally binding as a contract between me and the person who made the false report.

This shows the company is Unethical and reports false information as if it is a debt when its only complaints instead of a legally binding contract between you and the original supposed creditor who falsely claims to be a creditor and makes accusations in letter form and creates a receipt with your name on it and social security number but does NOT show any signature from the one being reported as if we agreed to the receipt when we never agreed to such a con job.

They continue reporting this false debt too to the credit bureau and I happen to know now they are under investigation by the FTC and my lawyers. They will not only remove that false report but will pay me a 1000. Bucks and pay my court costs. They messed with the wrong one. I can prove everything i have reported as true and complete. And Dave Torrence is correct when he reported Fidelity Information Corporation as unethical.

They should not only be fined but put in jail for falsely reporting credit information and deliberately reporting complaints as if they were a real debt. That is falsifying legal documents and is a felony. All they sent me were formal complaints and a fake receipt without my signature on anything agreeing to this charade. I do not owe the supposed person making the complaints and there is NOT ANY Legal Binding Contract between me and that person. All this information I will be glad to press formal charges against them. Anyone up for a class action suit? I am sure there is some here that will be happy to join a class action suit against Fidelity Information Corporation. Everything I said here is true and I can prove it.
