This company had been taking £10 a month from my bank account. The bank refunded the amounts but alas again £10 has gone. I have emailed to no avail. Phoned company no luck. No idea how on earth this company has managed to get my bank details, unlike some complaints I have never book a flight. This is just a total scam.#
