So after signing dispute forms with our bank, we were refunded all the money taken out. Numerous phone calls were made until we started to threaten. We phoned them and emailed daily.
7 disputes were filed with our bank, and they even refunded our overdrafts caused by these companies.
I phoned the bbb and even threatened to contact the fbi to have them investigated.
Our local bank got to the bottom of this. It took 2 months.
