I applied for a loan and didn't even know it would cost me money. I didn't get approved for the loan and they charged my bank account of 99.49. I called to get my money back but they stated they could not do that unless i went online to complete a refund application. Then I asked to speek to the supervisor and I was unable to. Said they would have the supervisor call me. What a horrible policy and I would like my 99.49 back.
