I only booked these fitness classes because they were near my husbands work - I did get a great deal, but it wasn't worth the b.S. I had to deal with. I was told to call first for the first of the three classes. I called but got no response back for two days. When I finally took the class, it was a "beginner" class and I was honestly bored and felt I didn't get a great work-out. One of the instructors suggested I take the "next level" class. She claimed I could do it. When I showed up, the owner was unwelcoming, did not offer me a mat, (she offered her regulars a mat though...) did not offer any modifications and I ended up leaving the class halfway through. She did nothing to stop me - even encouraged me that I was not in the right class, and did not speak to me as I was leaving. I won't be back.
