To Whom It May Concern:
On Tuesday July 17, 04:30 in the PM, I check my 2001 Chevy Tahoe in for service to repair a leak on the driver%u2019s rear and for all four tires to be properly inflated. A very friendly service lady check me in, and also informed me that there would be about a three hour wait because there were six customers ahead of me and I agreed to wait. She also informed me that closing time for her department was seven PM. At that time, I asked her, %u201CWhat services are being performed on those six vehicles%u201D, and she replied, %u201CThose are new tire installation.%u201D
U201CEven%u201D I know that new tire installation requires about forth-five minutes, if not more. The installer has to pulled the tires; remove the rims with tires form the vehicle, mount the tires to the rims, balance the tires, install the new tires on the vehicle, complete the paper work, test drive and finally park the customer%u2019s vehicle on the parking lot.
After waiting for two hours, I walked to the observation window of the service department and discovered that there is only one technician working. A very dedicated associated by the name of Jonathan Stevenson, Jonathan was working in overdrive. This was indeed an insult to me to see this one person being stressed to the MAX, trying diligently to perform his duties. There should have been at least two associates working to fulfill the demand s of your customers.in my opinion, Jonathan had compassion for the customer, but you had NO compassion your associate.
At about 7:20 PM, Jonathan presented me with my keys to the truck with a smile and was apologetic for the wait.
Please review my concern and address the issue at hand!
