First off, I am a client of New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation, who is helping me with my college degree. They have me go through WB Mason to find the things I need, and I send them a list, to NH Voc Rehab, to make the order.

They do this with 10 other clients. I am number 11, and WB Mason has me jump through hoops.

First off their Website: If you don't register, you cannot find out what they sell... If that is some sort of National Secret. When you do register, they send you a username and password, and customer number.

One big problem: When they do, it doesn't work at ALL until their customer service department (and they told me this when I first called them), has to find out what type of customer you are. This was after, and very explicitly, and with transparency, told them that ALL I wanted to do is to make a shopping list for the government agency would make the order. I was told that I couldn't do that.

Yet again... This has been done... 10 OTHER TIMES!

So I gave them a second chance, with the help of the accountant from NH Department of Voc. Rehab, had me set up another username and password. Yet again... This did not work.

So I called Customer Service Manager, told him "That I am not purchasing, I am making a list for NH Dept Voc Rehab" as to allow them to make the order for me (items are basically supplies for college).

The Manager put me on hold, then came back on saying that they were making a phone call to New Hampshire Voc Rehab, in Concord to do this, as if I were trying to steal from them (Yet again, I am the 11th person this office had tried to do this, only I am the one getting interogated by the manager). Thus AFTER telling the manager that I am NOT the one purchasing, I am making a list FOR THE ONE who is making the purchase for me!

I didn't know that WB Mason would resort to such tactics with me, CONSIDERING THAT 10 OTHERS BEFORE ME, WERE ABLE TO MAKE A LIST, AND SEND IT TO THE ACCOUNTANT WITH N.H. VOC REHAB, and had no problem.

So just a word of advice, WB Mason is not the place to order supplies. Sorry, but "Who Knew, that I would have to be interogated, when I was only doing something, that 10 other people did by getting a list for supplies to be ordered for classes, and yet, I am the only one (#11) who gets treated like a thug.

I wouldn't suggest to other people to order office supplies from. This was uncalled for...
