Pod was delivered to wrong street and when Pods was contacted, they said they refused to move the Pod to the correct address, causing my 84 year old parents and the crew that was helping them move their furniture much inconvenience!
The manager was a Mr. Silva. When I asked to speak to Mr. Silva's boss, i was told that they did not have that information. Shoddy, shoddy work.
