Every single time I go to the Dunkin Donut's drive-up window located on Van Houten Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey, I receive the worst customer service. The workers are very rude and worst of all they insist on giving customers their money change wrapped up between the napkins we're supposed to clean our mouth off with. How disgusting!!! The entire staff needs to be trained in how to provide friendly, customer service in addition to teaching them that Dunkin is supposed to be clean and sanitary for customers to keep coming back.
