I was very disappointed today with the customer service in the drive thru at 3 P.M. The girl had a very poor attitude. I was friendly anyway and was in a great mood... Until she made me feel like I was just bothering her for ordering. She messed up on my order too. I want to go to a Dunkin where people are friendly and smiling even though they are having a bad day. I encourage managers to put emphasis on this for young people! I am 31 and I would never treat customers the way she treated me.
