To Whom it may concern
My name is Dennis Scott, I am From South Africa. I bought a Calvin Klein Watch (Model number K34224) for my wife as a gift, she accidently bumped the watch and now the glass is cracked at the bottom. I have gone to every single store I know to get the glass repaired, but was told you need replace the entire watch section meaning you only left with the two small pieces of the bangle links. The watch cost me R 5000 two years back and the repairs will cost R 3000. This is totally ridicules. Please advise.
