I was recently a victim of fraud; I was scammed out of £258.85 by Chris Wang also using other names to receive money transfers (Shuang Wen and Hongen Guan) from www.panplaza.com (subsequently this website does no longer exist). Both sums of money where through my credit card and are as follows:
• 17/05 – WESTERN UNION - £143.76 of which £136.86 was refunded by Western Union because the money was sent to the wrong name, so I am not worried about losing £6.90 here.
• 21/05 – WESTERN UNION - £156.86 (2 x iPhones never arrived).
• 30/05 – MONEYGRAM PAYMENTS SYS - £101.99 (10 x iPhone LifeProof cases never arrived).
Chris Wen used different aliases to receive money via Western Union and Moneygram….
For his Western Union Account he used the following details:
First Name: Shuang
Last Name: Wen
City: Nanchang
Country: China
Zipcode: 330000
MTCN from Western Union was… 8826291652
And for his Moneygram Account he used these details:
First Name: Hongen
Last Name: Guan
city: Nanchang
Country: China
Zipcode: 330000
Reference number from Moneygram was… Ref# 59384690
Chris Wang sent me false tracking numbers which one delivery ended up in America and the other in Canada. I will enclose the EMS tracking numbers for you to see for yourself. I contacted EMS/USPS/PARCEL FORCE/ROYAL MAIL, but once again to no avail, the goods had arrived at their destination so obviously it was bogus tracking numbers from Chris Wen.

I have tried contacting Chris Wang over the last few weeks but to no avail, he has not delivered the items that I had ordered and has clearly closed down his fraudulent website. This has been very distressing and I really hope this money can be re-imbursed somehow. Thanks
