If you haven't written it down, send an email through their "Live Chat" link, asking them for your "License Key." Don't use this opportunity to vent. Just simply state you need the "License Key" for your account. Next, google their name for account cancellation. You will need the "License Key" data to cancel. If you don't do this within 48 hours, wyou will be charged $69.95 automatically!
