I was contacted by a Mary Tomlenson from Global International, and was told that I won 3.5 million and that I had to pay a transaction fee of $380.00 which I did then a Mr. Chang contacted me and requested an additional $250.00. All monies were to be wired to a Mr. Orang Jarrett in Kingston Jamaca. These people are rip offs.
